I want my treatment space to help you feel at ease; whether you're a pregnant parent whose back has decided it has personally declared war on you, an overwhelmed human who desperately needs an hour of quiet,  or recovering from an injury.

Just come as you are. We'll figure it out together.

Let's get aquainted

Julia Stacy  (she/her)

Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon, LMT #29396

Outside of the massage room, I'm a mother of 2 exuberant humans, and a newfound fitness enthusiast. My special interests are neuroscience, exercise and movement, and all the wonderfully complicated ways our brains and bodies work together.

In my free time, I love to cook colorful dishes for my family and friends, wander the forests and coastline, read, and make lists that I can (hopefully) cross things off of.

Being a parent has taught me a lot about meeting people where they are instead of expecting everyone to fit into the same mold. It has gifted me the ability to practice patience, flexibility, humor, and letting go of the reigns. I believe the world needs more spaces where people can simply just be.

No conditions. No place to be or next thing to do. No judgement.

That philosophy carries into my practice.

What to expect

Our studio is located in the Tongue Estate Building in downtown Hillsboro, OR, on the 2nd floor. I strive to create a restorative experience for clients using various types of lighting, white noise, and music. Please note that my studio is a shared space with other professionals and healing practitioners; voices, traffic noise from the street below, or the nearby train may still be noticeable during your session. There may be traces of nature-based aromas in the room, but on the day of your session, I will only use aromatherapy if requested. If you are sensitive to scents, please let me know in your intake form so I can allow time for aromas to diffuse from the room.

The room is accessible by either staircase, or elevator. A bathroom without a changing table is also available just down the hall. There is a free parking lot allocated for the building. More questions? Please, don't hesitate to reach out, or see our policies page for more info.
